Kreeg van Jarno de volgende tip
With all that said, here are the steps you can try if you are running into this Fatal Error (at your own risk!)
Download and run the/any .NET cleanup utility (the one our client used is found at: blogs.msdn.com/astebner/archive/2006/05/30/611355.aspx )
Reinstall .NET using the DOTNETFX.exe on the AutoCAD software installation CD/DVD (found in the \Support folder)
Using Add/Remove programs, run a Repair on AutoCAD before opening it.
I hope that by passing along this information, I'll give someone a place to start.

Bedankt voor je reactie Dick, ik ga dit zeker uitproberen.
Ter info, ik kreeg van de autodesk discussion Goups de volgende reactie:
You mentioned that everything was working correctly up until the other day, is there any type of file scan/anitvirus/registry cleaner that runs periodically that could be modifying and/or deleting some of Autodesk's files? If there is such a program running, could you ensure that all of Autodesk's files are exempt from such scans?
To resolve the issue you may need to perform another clean installation, but we would suggest first trying to log in as another user and see if you can reproduce. If Civil 3D works as expected, then you just need to reset your Windows profile per these instructions: usa.autodesk.com/getdoc/id=TS14929107
Hope this helps!!
